Hi! I'm Sarah Cooper, 25 years old, originally from Upstate NY but currently living in sunny California!
I started my fitness journey for real back in May 2016. I was inspired by a friend of mine who was a Bikini Competitor and she helped me learn the importance of mindfulness and self-control. I began tracking my food, increasing my resistance training and learning to take care of my overall health. I didn't have much knowledge on anything bodybuilding or fitness related, so I immediately fell in love once I was introduced to the world of weightlifting (specifically bodybuilding & powerlifting!).
I hope my story is one that inspires you to find the strength within yourself to achieve whatever goals you set out to accomplish. We all have the power within us, it's about where you focus your time and energy that sets apart those who succeed from those who don't. Much love XOXO
