Consistency is key

The time of day you workout does not impact how much fat you burn or how much muscle you gain in any significant way.
Instead, focus on how you feel at the end of the day and plan your workouts around your personal schedule.
Consistency is the most important factor when it comes to fitness, so choose a time you feel you can commit to on a consistent basis and stick to that time.
There may be times when you won't be able to go at that time and that is okay! I personally like to start my day off in the gym - but if I have conflicts with scheduled appointments, I have to push back my session until the early/mid-afternoon.
Don't let a change in schedule defer you from putting in the hard work your body deserves!
