Boost Your Metabolism

Not all exercises are created equal, some are more effective than others. The best exercises for most people when it comes to building muscle, burning body fat and for boosting metabolism include barbell squats, barbell deadlifts, over head presses, bench presses, and rows.
There are other great exercises as well but the ones I just listed are the best ones across the board and they belong in everyone’s weekly routine (except those with physical limitations). Get good at those movements and watch your progress accelerate.
This is for people of ALL ages! Whether you are 16 or 60, you are able to do these movements. However, I strongly advise you find yourself a Personal Trainer so that you can master proper form before adding any weight to the exercise.
