Buffalo Chicken Recipe

This one has been a staple in our house for quite some time. All you need is Chicken, Ranch dip seasoning, Buffalo Sauce and a Crockpot!


First, set the Crockpot on Low for 4 hours...

then add the chicken.

Mix together 2 cups of Buffalo sauce with one packet of Ranch dip. Pour over the chicken to form a nice top layer.

After 3-3.5 hours, check on the chicken and use two forks to shred.

Shredding the chicken will allow the rest to absorb the sauce.




Within four hours you have a delicious meal that you can pair with a lot of things!

Tacos, wraps, salads... You name it!


Note: Add some Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt to the sauce mixture to make it slightly thicker texture.
